Kelly and Ashley have been phenomenal. From our first conversation, I was guided through the hard decision of selling. There was deep kindness for my particular circumstances and Kelly was always available both for interested buyers and for me. She juggled the complexity of answering potential buyer questions about the conservation agreement on my property with enthusiasm and transparency. Kelly was also so responsive and supportive of my questions and journey to buying a new property as well. She went above and beyond, her real estate knowledge is expectional and her relational approach balancing advocacy for me as the seller with buyer needs is an incredible strength. I am so grateful. When I made the hard decision to sell, Kelly was the only local agent I wanted to go with. She is exceptional, from the marketing approach to how she engaged with buyers and me as the seller, her enthusiasm, passion and knowledge set her apart. Forever grateful, biggest thanks Kelly and Ashley.
