We had our house listed for sale for over 114 days with another agency. We reached out to Gretta and her team to see if they could get our house sold. Gretta said give me 30 days and true to those words we were under contract in 72hrs. We found Gretta and her team to be absolutely amazing.

After having a very lengthy and negative experience with another agency, Gretta was able to step in and had both of my properties sold within a week. She understood out situation with an overseas purchase and or own, now tight deadlines. But it didn't end there. She worked tirelessly, keep us informed daily and stayed with us right throughout the entire process, and right up to our own final settlement dates. This is above and beyond what most agents would ever do. None of this would have ever been possible without Gretta's experience, dedication and devotion. Thank you Gretta, you're a true angel and special friend.

Gretta was amazing in selling my late brother’s property. She is honest, gives you a great estimate of selling price and then bless her heart ♥️ actually achieves it! Gretta is a great communicator and doesn’t take any bullshit. She is the only Real Estate agent you need to know in South East Queensland. She thinks outside of the box, and she does it all. Selling residential, commercial and business. There is nothing she doesn’t sell and she is a real problem solver. One very happy customer. 😍
