Dani is so honest and knows the Thredbo market incredibly well, so her advice as a buyer, is invaluable. In saying this however, she negotiated hard, so her Vendors are probably very happy with her, and we had to pay top dollar and move quickly to secure the property. There was no messing about which is, I think, her style. A very refreshing change. I had so many last minute requests about inclusions and rental advice/ appraisals and Dani always took my calls (most of which were after hours) and got back to any of my silly questions really quickly which made for a low fuss transaction.
