We recently purchased a property through Bev and were extremely happy with her approach, right from the start. Firstly, a seller you look for an agent who properly qualifies a potential buyer and asks the 'tough-questions'. Bev did that with us and we could tell that she knew what she doing and is a very competent agent. She probed into our situation and really understood the kind of buyer we were. She did such a good job, we made an offer after seeing our property within an hour. The offer was accepted in less than 10 minutes. As a buyer, she kept in constant contact with us and was never more than 5 minutes from calling back if we left a message. There were no issues in the process at all, but that is not to say that there were not challenges - Bev simply took care of them with no fuss. Even when we asked a few times if she could let tradespeople in to measure up for things before we had settled, she always looked after us. Nothing was too much. That was proven upon settlement when she handed over the keys at property and helped organise repairs and services right away (the tradespeople were there the same day). Bev even offered to pick up some groceries for us for when we moved in due to us travelling interstate! What an agent! My advice is as a vendor/seller, hire her immediately to sell your property. As a buyer....try and convince the owners of the home you're trying to buy to engage Bev! :D It's potentially lost on most people who sell a home, but if you have an agent who treats your prospective buyers with the care and attention Bev does, you really ensure the best result.

We have used Julie to buy and sell properties in the Gisborne. Julie is very conscientious and driven to succeed, which is good for all parties. Julie aims to please everyone which can fill her diary very quickly and can lead to the odd clash of appointments. But her buoyant personality overcomes any animosity. Julie works hard for her clients. We sold during the height of Covic-19 and had to accept a drop in price by about 6-7% but that was no fault of Brad Teal or Julie.

Lisa helped so much with the sales process from our first contact to the final successful sale. Lisa gave relevant advice on what would help the sale and suggested what things were not needed when I proposed doing lots of renovations before the sale. Lisa was knowledgeable, always willing to listen, gave advice when required and was really supportive during a difficult period. I would highly recommend Lisa and will absolutely engage her services if I ever need to sell or purchase another property.

Tee's enthusiasm for her job was obvious, while also appreciating the complexities of selling your precious home. She maintained sensitivity and compassion, but also had an unstoppable determination. Communication was excellent, Tee listened, and respected my opinion, and I felt supported throughout the entire process.
