When we were looking for an agent, I had remembered Elona from inspections from years earlier. Elona was representing the vendors in such a professional and respectful manner so we decided to go with her to sell our property. Elona was able to come into the home and provide feedback to us. This was a couple of years before we put the house on the market, during our renovations she was able to advise us where we should put money to appeal to future buyers. Elona’s communication was excellent and she was honest, realistic and professional with her price guide and sale. I would absolutely buy and/or sell through Elona again. We had a quick sale and this was due to realistic approach to sale along with the price guide. I trusted her advice throughout the whole journey and we were extremely happy with the result.
