The entire way through the whole process Shane was able to offer great advice and a thorough understanding of the whole process. Upon Shane’s first visit to our house he shared with us his thoughts on what we could do to get the best results possible and he was right, we followed his instructions to the letter and he sold our house in 4 days and for a price we were very happy with. His understanding of our situation and how much support he was able to offer was extremely helpful and help to keep the stress levels to a minimum. Most of all we really appreciated how friendly and human Shane is, buying and selling a house is the most stressful thing to go through especially when we have two small children and work full time, Shane was on hand to answer questions and offer advice most of the time. It also would be fair to only mention Shane, his team including Raquel are also great to work with and fill in any gaps where Shane wasn’t available.
