Nick did a great job selling a vacent lot at Midge Point for me. His valuation wasn't inflated and as time passed we discussed the valuation and he insisted with sticking with his projected price. The selling offer I accepted was 4% under his projection, pretty good result in this market. Rural properties do take time to sell, he never pushed to drive a sale, in fact he responded to all enquries and offers and emailed me a monthly log for the 11 months or so it took to find our happy new owners.
