Given that we started just prior to the crisis in the middle east and faced interest rate rises and then the budget news, I feel she was tenacious, energetic and perseverent with excellent communications and access. What we had hoped was a simple home to sell faced considerable headwind and the revisions on price were carried out constructively with sensitivity and objectivity, we are very pleased with the final result.
