Scott is a great guy and an even better agent! His knowledge of the market and years of experience are incredibly beneficial to vendors and buyers alike! He was great working with our interested parties, keeping them informed and was available to answer any question overall we were delighted with the sale!

We recently sold my mothers home and needed an agent that would be up font, honest and professional and we found it in Scott Hamilton. After discussing the sale with other agents it became obvious that they were only interested in getting the listing not helping us manage our way through the process. Scott was completely open with his assessment which gave us a lot of confidence going into the marketing program. We accepted and followed his advice from the outset. His knowledge of the market is the best I have experienced in a property deal. The marketing program was well balanced between maximizing impact and not over spending. If you are reading this review and still wondering which agent to appoint then you have come to the right place. No need to look any further....just appoint Scott Hamilton. You can't go wrong.

Being new to the sale by auction process, I trusted Scott to steer me in the right direction at every turn. He knows the local market in depth and provided support and gave me confidence to make the right decisions in relation to preparing my property for sale and in setting the price guide. Continuous feedback was provided after each open for inspection and at a pre-auction briefing so that all was well prepared for auction success.
