For three months we had openhouse inspections every weekend and often during the week as well, and each one of them was at least a 2 hour round trip for them. At the beginning of the campaign we met with them to develop a strong marketing plan, and the whole experience felt like a partnership from that point on. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this was by far our best experience. And most importantly we got a good price.
