This is the 3rd home we have trusted Rod to sell for us, & while our previous experiences were positive, this sale was particularly special to us. In the past, Rod sold our investment properties while interstate, so we never had the opportunity to meet him in person. This time was different. We were selling our family home with the goal of finding our “forever home”, so the process was much more personal & emotional. Rod guided us through a challenging market & ultimately achieved a result we were very happy with. What impressed us just as much was the support & advice he gave us while we were searching for our next home.
