We asked Chris to sell a rural property in Clunes NSW. The property was slightly unusual in that it was a deceased estate with house sitters looking after it. It was a brief that needed excellent communication between all parties involved and Chris made sure that dialogue was always open. He always gave feedback after visits from potential buyers and worked well with the tenants and was always on time and well prepared.
