Agencies in Lurg, VIC, 3673

He knew the area and market behaviour very well.He gave us very realistic figures at the time of our first meeting and the sale was in line with those numbers

Mandy is undoubtedly one of the most professional agents I have dealt with. Her approach is 100% focused on getting the best outcome for the vendor. In our case she managed to secure a sales price $40,000 over that recommended by more prominent local agents. Mandy's friendly personality & great communication skills made the whole process a positive & stress-free experience. Her dedication & commitment was evident by giving up part of 2 consecutive Sundays in the process of achieving a sale within 4 days of listing. I would highly recommend Mandy or any of the equally competent personnel at Living Here to anyone looking for a good Agency in the Benalla region.

Paul was extremely helpful throughout this process He was very forthcoming with information, took calls when needed to explain things, and got back to us as soon as possible and in a timely manner Paul is a great agent that I’d have no hesitation in recommending to others

Peter and his team at O’Brien are awesome. The result and the manner it was achieved could not be faulted. Heading into the Christmas break my wife and I were a little concerned that we may have left our run late. But Peter was confident in the process and we were confident in his experience and he did not let us down! Our time on market was just under half the area average and that was due to his marketing strategy and numerous buyer inspections Thanks again Pete we will be forever in your debt!!!!
