Ryan actively looked out for me and found my dream townhouse after we searched for some years, then he and his team worked extremely hard to present and sell my previously much-loved house, again in the inner north. His experienced advice proved to be excellent, and we sold for a fantastic amount, way above my expectations. He and the team at LJ Hooker at Dickson thought through all that was required, such as staging and new carpet, to reinforce all that I had done to add value to my house over 12 years. They all responded quickly to any questions that I had in the process. Ryan himself is a sports coach, and he showed great tactical and strategic insight. Andrew Browne too clearly understands extremely well the inner north market. Sam Gibbs also maintained her good humour throughout, despite all the pressure and tight timing. Stephen Bunday is a skilled and experienced auctioneer. Everyone else at the Dickson office also contributed. What a great professional and helpful team!
