Lucas of Morrison Kleeman Eltham and his team, Christian and Lucy were fabulous to deal with. A schedule of dates was provided for the smooth coordination of photography, floorplan and copywriting services along with open day dates etc. Our property was marketed well with 25 interested parties attending on the first open day. Subsequent open days were also very pleasing. Updates and feedback following the open days were relayed not only by phone, but in an email report format as well. Our aim was to sell at auction and although our property was passed in, in the morning, Lucas' tireless efforts and negotiations with one of the prospective buyers accomplished a pleasing sale by the afternoon. We would choose Lucas again if we needed to sell in the future.
