Clarence worked in the best interest of me as a seller from the get-go, he has a sound knowledge of the local real estate market and, even though I was interstate/overseas, he took time to constantly update me on the progress of the sale of my property, this made otherwise a stressful process a seamless one, especially in this interest hike climate. Clarence is warm, friendly, and incredibly patient and, he answered all my queries promptly, regardless of the time of the day when I was asking him. Clarence is an absolute star, and I would give him 5 plus stars for the service he provided, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling their property.
