Agencies in Malak, NT, 0812

Long before we needed an agent, we'd been watching Billy Nida Realty's results in the market. A chance meeting at the gym and initial conversation with him confirmed what we already suspected. He was the man for the job. On short notice, he personally orchestrated our home's presentation, engaging quality tradespeople quickly and at exceptional rates. SOLD in 1 week at a price where he promised we would land (which was well above our initial thoughts). Exceptional result and complete package in terms of service from presentation to sale - a genuine one-man shop! Highly recommend, we are extremely pleased with the outcome and choice to go with Billy Nida RE. He was simply the best!

Billy was excellent to deal with - great communication, always available to answer our questions, generous with his time and fully committed to getting us the best result. Where his model really stands out is in all the preparation work that goes into presenting your home to its best potential. We could not have done this as quickly or at such exceptional value without him. This service added huge value for us, as we needed to move quickly but present our home in the best light possible. He also walked us through case studies for sales in the area to understand price points, was confident and positive in his guidance, and then delivered by securing a seller within 1 week! Absolutely best choice we made was picking Billy as our agent, thanks BNR team!

Billy exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the sale, achieving a result WAY ABOVE market expectations. Based in Melbourne, we trusted him to prepare & manage the entire process and he delivered, selling our home within 72 hours. His approach was cost-effective, professional and refreshingly communicative throughout. No matter what came up, he handled it. If you're looking for a results-driven agent who keeps you genuinely informed every step, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend BILLY:)
