Nick was highly recommended to us, surprisingly, by an agency that manages rental properties exclusively. Just a little over six months earlier we had consulted 4 other agencies about our wish to sell our unit. We were so put off by the lack lustre attitude and continual reminder that property prices had fallen so much that we should resign ourselves and be happy just to sell.
