He was always accessible, he was very helpful in arranging an inspection for us at very short notice in fact on the same day I spoke to him. Given the auction was only a week away he was very accommodating. His professionalism was never in question, he showed strong market knowledge and helped us through the process. When we were successful at auction, he helped us navigate through the process as well. He communicated clearly, honestly and was always available to answer questions. Overall it was a great experience.
