Chris and the Team at Century 21 Coast Realty Mandurah, specifically Kelsey were about to meet my demands at very short notice. Communication is very important especially when doing deal from Melbourne. I highly recommend this agency. I am sure to business again.

I sold my house through century 21 and after reading some reviews on Chris I decided to ask for his professionalism, I was not disappointed, Chris went far and beyond to get the best price and without hesitation we agreed on how to achieve that. When Chris was unavailable Kelsey was outstanding with her update communication, friendly discussions, and always on time with home opens, Chris and Kelsey are a credit to century 21 and will always have my recommendations, thanks Chris Kelsey and all the team from century 21 for there efforts on selling my property.

There are real estate agents, and then there is Chris Butterworth. Chris’ overwhelmingly positive energy doesn’t waver from the moment he enters your home to the final contract of sale. It is his genuine enthusiasm for your property that sets him apart from other agents. Despite an extensive portfolio of properties, Chris treats you as though your home is his top priority. He makes you feel as though he has your best interests at heart, not just a commission. I cannot commend Chris more highly.
