Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of communication, delayed responses, and limited proactive updates in the later stages of the buying process, We were also disappointed to discover issues with the property after purchase that, in our view, would have been helpful to know about before settlement. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
