Zach was letter dropping when I chatted with him, & made me feel extremely confident to ask him to sell my home. He understood that I was close to the end of fixing my home up from the Jasper flood. He stayed available & understanding thru the whole process. He really knew my area well, & had sold quite a bit in the area. He’s negotiating skills are tremendous. My home sold in less than 24hrs of pictures going up at the price I was hoping for. Zach helped us with the finalising of the sale with conveyancing, solicitors etc. By the way Zach is very much so a gentleman & went up & beyond. THANK YOU so much Zach the Real Estate guy that is so honest & understanding.
