Naj was a pleasure to deal with right through the process. The difference between Naj and other agents was that he listened, thought strategically and carefully about everything he did and always communicated his thoughts with me. He just didn’t whack up a sign, charge a fortune for marketing and waited. He actively marketed, got back to everyone who inquired and there were lots and must have done 100 walk throughs with potential buyers. I highly recommend Naj.
