We first dealt with Simon when we were looking to relocate interstate, and from our experience with the Darwin real estate, we had no hesitation in engaging Simon's services to sell our home with his intimate knowledge of the local market. Simon and Ella ran a thorough process from start to finish, with a very clear strategy, keeping us informed of the progress the entire way, which ultimately gave us a fantastic result. It was an easy choice to engage Simon again to sell a second property.

The compay kept in constant touch and advised us of any prospective buyers. We were also advised on things we could do to expediate the sale.

We have bought and sold properties using Simon as our agent for a number of years. He is a local who understands the Territory context and property market and has an extensive established network. We have found him to always be professional, honest and it's very easy to develop a personal and trusting relationship. He clearly articulates a selling strategy and the type of buyer for the specific property. He communicates regularly and keeps in touch throughout the whole process. It is commendable that he also bends over backwards to look after the other party and to ensure that the buyer/seller requests and concerns are always addressed with transparency. We have recommended Simon to many of our friends over the years and he has never disappointed.

Very professional, clear, concise, communicator, reliable, good follow through on calls, emails, supportive & above all, patient.
