He clearly understands the local market and has a very good feel for buyers and how they are likely to respond. His communication was excellent. During the inspection period, James called me every week and emailed a comprehensive report on buyer interest and feedback. He would always answer my questions, explain the options, and make sure I understood the process. James also worked very hard behind the scenes, following up prospective buyers and keeping things moving. The result exceeded my expectations. The property sold at the first auction for a very good price despite a challenging market. I was very impressed with both the service and the result.
