After the original owner of Epping First National decided to become independant Allison decided to continue on working under the First National banner and open up her own office in 2010 as it was obvious to her it was an opportunity not to be missed. A wonderful result, thanks to Alison Mifsud and First National, Epping

Having done our due diligence in researching a potential agency to sell our family home of 33 years, we chose Allison Mifsud and First National Epping, for many compelling reasons. There is of course her successful history in the Eastwood area over many years, but our reasons were more simply her absolute honesty and integrity. Having established our trust in her at the outset, we felt we were in very safe hands. Through the whole process we couldn’t have asked more of Allison, her level of communication, her phone calls, emails and texts updating us constantly, her understanding of potential buyers and their requirements meant she was also a great listener, there was also her ability to foresee and head off any issue almost before it had arisen. Then there was the standard of professionalism of her whole team, Danielle, Jane and Linda. What a delight to interact with such courteous, experienced and knowledgeable people who offered their invaluable advice, always with due regard for our thoughts also. Allison impressed the family from the start. A very professional lady.

the process of selling the family home of 45 years was made easy by Allison and her team. They guided the family and were very aware that our parents, who were about to move into Residential Care, were very emotional about the sale. The whole experience from start to after sale has been positive.
