Danny is always responsive and replied so swiftly that you can reply on. Just before the settlement, due to work issue I cannot attend to the final inspection. Danny inspected all facilities and took videos to show me the functionality of all the contracted stuff. Now I have been moved to the bought apartment for one month, I can see nothing wrong, just except the dishwasher does not really work, being contradictory to what Danny’s video shown to me. However, I do not blame it to him, cause he might be mistaken by the previous owners, too. Everyone makes mistakes, and I think it is much less a concern than the satisfaction Danny brought to us in this procurement. Overall, Danny is an excellent and honest agent. I will find him again if I am seeking to buy another property, hopefully within a few years.
