I found the whole process less stressful and this was due to Dean, you could always tell everything was being done professionally. He made sure we were updated and answered any questions so we knew were we stood in relation to the sale. The outcome was better than we could expected giving the change in economic conditions. Majid was genuinely excellent throughout our property search.
