My experience was quite simple. I called Hendra to ask about the property. I couldn’t get to the opening. He opened it out of his personal time after 6 PM. He then kept in touch with me without hunting me down. Again, we wanted to look at the property in partnership. My fiancé and I I work in the business where my hours change day-to-day he then met on site again out of normal time and work hours.. Once I started negotiating with Hendra, was nothing more than the most professional business that I’ve done in my 25 years of being a film producer.. nothing was a problem. And the word “NO” never came into our conversations..
