She was recommended to me by a close friend after selling their home which they could not say one thing remotely negative just positives. My friends did do a lot of research on Real estate Agents before deciding to go with Jess and their team. Some Agents suggesting to them to spend thousands of extra dollars for no extra return on their investments. I decided to ring Jess about selling a property at 76 Amherst Street Acacia Ridge telling her that I wont be selling until a year later. Jess was still happy and came and met me at the house and she came with up to date reports for the area. Now this house was not in a very good state and I told her what I wanted to do to the property once it was vacant. Jess listened and when I finished talking she suggested that I just concentrate on a few things like cleaning and fixing a few items and was confident she could sell this house for $750000 discussing plans on which way would be best to sell the house. There is a lot and it was not part of Jess's job but she was more than happy to help where she could and this actually saved me a lot of money in solicitor fees.
