Carmela and Neil were excellent to deal with. Communication was high and advice was extremely professional. They navigated challenging circumstances and achieved a great result. Thank you team

Carmela is a reliable and well-organised agent who puts her client's needs at the top of her to-do list. A committed and integral person, Carmela is a rare, quality find in a saturated, agent's market. Professional with all her dealings, knowing how to maintain a firm position when a tenant pushes the boundaries, yet compassionate when the need arises. I wholeheartedly recommend Carmela for any real estate needs.

Given Carmela has worked in and owned businesses in many facets of the property industry for many years she has gained valuable knowledge in all areas of the industry. Her well established centrally located property sales and leasing Company that operates in many differents suburbs of Melbourne gives her the edge over other agents who only operate in one or maybe two suburbs. This gives her a very knowledgeable and competitive advantage and when it came time to sell one of my investment properties that she has successfully managed for many years, I didn't need to think to hard on who I would use to sell it. Her hard working, no pressure, honest and fair approach sold the property at an above expected price, even when the market was still in recovery mode. Both sellers and buyers see and feel these qualities and it becomes a win for all parties. I have used many agents to sell my properties in the past and Carmela's professionalism exceeds above all. What she said is what she did! I will not hesitate to use her in the future for my property dealings in both sales and leasing.
