We appointed Francis Morello to sell our family home via auction after interviewing several other local agents. His arresting presentation grabbed our attention over all others. However it was important for us to see him in action so we attended one of his auctions and were impressed. Francis was proactive with communication and provided weekly written reports to us on who attended our inspections each week. We appreciated his professional guidance and advice during the entire process and found Francis to be very positive, motivated and dedicated to do all he could to achieve the best possible price. His powerful negotiating skills brought about a brilliant result. We would definitely recommend Francis Morello to anyone selling their home.
