He was always in touch, whether it was a call, text or email, and I never once felt out of the loop. Any time I had a question, he replied quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense. He was professional but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which I really appreciated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he was always happy to walk me through each step of the process and what to expect next.
