Tom was very easy to talk to and he made himself available either by phone or in person at all times during the process. He was knowledgeable and with his easy manner obviously had the ability to let us see it on a few occasions even though it was tenanted. He had the confidence of the tenants and the owner which showed he was very friendly and honest.

I was really impressed with Andrew's knowledge of the market and guidance through the sales process. His appraisal range was spot on and well grounded. Dealing with David was a breeze, someone who seemed to have honesty and integrity........ and then did. David is somebody who showed us the house, and then asked us if we liked it. Didn’t push things down our throat, but answered any questions we had and knew a lot of detail about the place. However, if there was anything he didn’t know, he let us know and promised to find out. I didn’t feel pressured, it was nice dealing with David, from beginning to end.
