David Miller and the team at Raine and Horne in Midland had managed our rental property at 2/39 Ferguson St for a number of years. In September 2024, two years after we had retired to Ireland we made the decision to sell the property and asked David to manage the process. David found an alternative rental for our tenant of the time and then readied the property for a vacant sale.
