We ended up selling our Millbridge home through Professional Dad Realty Australind, the contract was signed in January 2026 and final sale early April. Our agent was Harman Kaur, she was optimistic on the price point in my opinion but she seemed pretty certain of being able to achieve a sale in a reasonable time frame. We found Harman to be very enthusiastic, well presented and communicated clearly. She was also extremely prompt. Initially I thought Harman may be a bit inexperienced but soon found that to not be the case. Harman has a unique sales style, not too pushy but always in contact with you. I would highly recommend Harman as a realestate agent .

When handing me the keys we found that a lot of the paperwork for appliances was not left for me to check. However, Brock did respond by email with two booklets on Air conditioner set up and security one as well. I had to get a friend to set it up and he found 27 logins for people on it to be able to turn off alarm. So, he deleted them all. Unfortunately, I discovered after looking around to find the cleaners did not do a good job.
