From the moment we met Shellie, I knew she was the right human to navigate us through what was a huge milestone for our family. Selling a family home is never just a transaction. For us, we had a great deal riding on this sale - quite literally the mortgage on our next “forever home” - and Shellie understood from the beginning just how important getting this right was for us. She was with us from the start, keeping us grounded, managing our occasional scope creep and helping us navigate the emotional rollercoaster that comes with selling a home and moving into a new chapter of life. She was clear, transparent and incredibly responsive. We always knew where things stood, and we always felt that she was working for us. Importantly, Shellie was never afraid to be honest. When we asked for her guidance, she gave it - even when it may not have been what we wanted to hear! That honesty, backed by her knowledge and experience, gave us enormous confidence throughout the process. Her knowledge of the Atherton Tablelands was invaluable. Shellie understands small-acreage living because she has lived it herself - the lifestyle, the land and all the amazing critters that come with it, including our incredibly rare and precious platypus and tree kangaroos. She understood what made our property special and how to share that with potential buyers. When you have so much riding on a sale, communication matters. Shellie kept us updated, returned calls and messages as soon as she could, explained every step and genuinely understood what this sale meant for our family. We cannot recommend Shellie highly enough. If you want an agent who is knowledgeable, genuine, honest and responsive - but who also understands the human side of selling your home - Shellie is your person. And somehow, she can even predict beautiful weather for open homes! ☀️😂 Thank you Shellie, for helping us close one very special chapter and begin the next. ❤️

Shellie definitely knows the local market I was unsure if I wanted to sell my property or not and reached out to a few agents for an appraisal. Shellie gave me a detailed appraisal that was quite a bit higher than the other agents, I did question why this was and she clearly outlined how she came up with this figure. She was 100% correct and the property sold for the amount she had advised. I was going to be out of the country for a few months and was unsure if I should wait until I came back before putting it on the market, but Shellie assured me she had it all in hand. I can happily say that the sale went smoothly and quickly, Shellie found a buyer within the first 2 weeks without even advertising. I can truly say I am happy with my experience with Shellie.

Shellie was an absolute dream to work with. Aside from being incredibly professional and informative, she took the time to get to know what we were looking for and targeted searches to help us find our perfect property. We never felt pressured and Shellie always made us feel like finding our dream home was more important than making a sale. Her communication was open, friendly and helpful without being pushy. She knew the market, the neighbourhoods and areas extensively which really helped assure us we were making the right decision. Even after our ideal property was found, Shellie went above and beyond, helping with information, arrange access for inspections and quotes, making recommendations for trades etc. By the end of our purchase journey we felt like we had found not only a forever home, but a new friend.
