Andrew was by far the best agent I have ever dealt with and I cannot find fault with his performance throughout my sale. He is a true ‘yes’ man and was always focused on meeting my needs, while providing sound and honest advice about what would be in my best interests. He managed to achieve above and beyond what I was anticipating getting for my property. His communication was excellent and he is a great problem-solver. Kim advised how she would market the property, and we agreed on when to start etc. We had multiple offers from that first weekend and Kim worked diligently with all parties to secure a great price. This Was accepted but eventually fell through. However Kim had maintained contacts with the other parties and was successful in getting another great offer without having to readvertise etc. Kim maintained contact with me throughout the process until contracts were signed and sale was to proceed to completion.
