Rob and Gabby ran an excellent campaign for us. They were diligent in following every lead and kept us very much in the loop on what was happening. For three months we had openhouse inspections every weekend and often during the week as well, and each one of them was at least a 2 hour round trip for them. At the beginning of the campaign we met with them to develop a strong marketing plan, and the whole experience felt like a partnership from that point on. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this was by far our best experience. And most importantly we got a good price.

We bought our first house back in 2022 through Charissa and then sold it in 2025. Both times Charissa provided excellent service and was so supportive during our buying and selling journeys. We unfortunately had to sell due to a change of circumstances and Charissa was there every step of the way. We would recommend Charissa to anyone.
