Kept us up to date on every step of the way

We had such a wonderful experience with Ivy Lon! She guided us through the entire process and was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Ivy always took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated every step of the way, and was always on top of everything. She made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful. We’re incredibly grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her!

Working with Gee was a pleasure. I feel like communication is often missing in real estate, but Gee overcommunicated at every point, and it made us feel confident and clear with every step in the process. I appreciated his attention to detail and also his market knowledge. He was always open to our ideas and willing to take them on board, and we're very happy with the outcome.
