Housing market knowledge was good with good market tactics when opportunities present possibly very high price expectations but allows plenty of wriggle room for sale result. Personally I would like feedback as well for what was the main reason for the purchase decision . Sallyan did also wait back at the second open house for people who were late so thanks for that
