It is important to note that I rang Colin and Jordan and asked them to walk through the building to sell it ASAP. They arrived that night, walked through and listened to the story behind the sale - that I just wanted out, I was sick of renovating and I wanted to move to land. We agreed on a price, it was higher than I expected given the exterior weather boards needing replacing and just the general stuff like unfinished renovations etc. I had a phone call the next morning. Sold for the exact price we wanted, Jordan liaised with our conveyancers and everything was done and booked, contracts were signed, settlements were set and now we are starting a new chapter of our lives.
