I had a great experience buying off Claudia. This unit had very high levels of interest from the get-go, and after the first open it became very evident that it would not go to auction. Bearing such in mind, I did my own valuations and due diligence, and instantly told Claudia I wanted to buy the property. She was honest, straight to the point and gave me clear steps as to what I had to do in order to take the property off the market. After the second open inspection I saw her in her office and put a formal offer in - then, by COB the deal was done. Claudia was honest with me and genuinely wanted me to purchase the property. She did not go behind my back and was exceptionally transparent the throughout the entire process, helping me step by step to take the property off the market within only a few days of it being listed. For anyone who wants to sell their home, I have no doubt in my mind that Claudia is the right person for the job. She is honest, diligent and exceptionally hard working. Thank you for your help once again!

Evan has a good marketing knowledge and his enthusiasm, professionalism and good communication helped us a lot to sell our property even he also helped us to arrange moving in to our new apartment. He worked very hard to provide us a lot of up-to-date property market information and day-to-day buyer information and comments so we can understand what position in the market our property is.
