Excellent communication and good service

John was highly professional and called me up the day after I viewed the house to ask my thoughts and if I would like to come to another house inspection to get another feel for the house as I was really interested. I expressed my concerns about next doors pets noise and he put my mind at ease about it as I started to just focus on that! Now that ive moved in there is barely ever any noise from next doors pets so was glad John set me straight on this minor hiccup. Very happy to have gone ahead with the house and John and Caitlin were very accommodating and patient throughout the entire process especially when there were a few unprecedented issues before settlement.
