Between listing the home and actually going to market,we unfortunately got caught in the market downturn due to the new government budget policy, which caused uncertainty in the market. The Ray White team were always positive in our dealings, were prepared to have the harder conversations in a very challenging market,we finally got there. Thanks Ryan,Nicole & Desiree.

This is not the only sale that Ryan has excecuted on our behalf. He is professional, communicates and updates every step of the way. His staff also forward all the necessary forms for review in a timely manner. He has sold many a property for us over the years in record time, always seems to have someone waiting in the wings so to speak. He is very aware of the market around us and has always attained the best price on the day. He has a happy friendly attitude towards everyone which is very appealing always happy to negotiate where necessary. And best of all he is very generous to his staff sharing great days out with them and more, no wonder they are the best team around. And very generous to the local sports teams and clubs in the local area as well as others who are in receipt of his generosity. We are so lucky you crossed our path. All the best for the future ahead of you, and thankyou for your service to us.

Ryan is my go to without hesitation, himself and his team at Ray White Mt Barker are very professional. I was always kept updated along the way and at settlement. Ryan and Nicole are an amazing team that will would definitely recommend to others.
