I would highly recommend Shal . He has excellent market knowledge and is very good at answering potential buyers questions . He has very good negotiating skills . I originally was going to try and sell my property without an agent , but I am glad that I went with Shal because he sold the property at a price that I probably would not have achieved . I also think that the buyer got a good deal as well , on a property in a niche market that has enormous potential . Shal took a lot of stress off my shoulders by negotiating on my behalf on an investment that I was very emotionally attached to .
