One of the most rudest ladies I have encountered. We were constantly chasing this person up and was not willing to assist us at all in any means of a sale. Marion and her offsider had no idea of items that had been listed in the contract and to top matters off the contract was not completed initially correctly. The most unprofessional encounters with this company. Once everything settled the only thing we received was a bag of keys (and we spent well over a million). Will never use or recommend.

Communication very poor. The house which was occupied by a tenant and also managed by the same agent was filthy. No bond clean had taken place, no inspection by the agent. The washing machine taps were left leaking, pool leaking, rubbish in the garage. I fact I’ve never seen a dirtier house. The agent didn’t seem to care. No apology and no suggestions of how to fix the issues until pushed. Obviously no inspections ever done otherwise all the issues with lights, Fans, pool and garden would have been addressed. Very disappointing and would not recommend this agent to anyone selling, buying or in fact needing a rental managed.
