We met Kirst at an open home she was showing and decided pretty quickly that we wanted her to sell our place. Her work ethic and communication were second to none. We could be talking to Tina at five in the morning and Kirst again at seven or eight at night. They were always available, kept us updated and made us feel like our sale was their only priority. Kirst filtered through the interested parties and got the serious buyers through quickly, kept everything well organised and made the whole process straightforward. We never had to chase anyone for updates, and we honestly do not have a single complaint about how the sale was handled. Since selling our farm, we have been to plenty of open homes while looking for our next property. That has only highlighted how lucky we were to find Kirst when we did. The difference in communication, organisation and professionalism has been remarkable. They are a seriously hard-working team who did exactly what they said they would do. We would not just recommend Kirst, Tina and the Harcourts team - we would honestly insist that anyone we know use them. They were bloody awesome from start to finish.

Josephine knows everything about Dysart and has the connections to make the sale as quick and easy as possible. She is very honest in her advice and puts her clients first. Thank you.

We had a great experience working with the team for both selling our home and purchasing our new one. From start to finish, the agent was incredibly lovely, supportive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They brought a wonderfully positive energy to what can normally be a very stressful time. An especially beautiful touch was receiving a thoughtful housewarming gift when we got the keys to the new house we purchased! It was such a kind, memorable gesture that made moving into our new home feel even more special. If you are looking for a genuinely nice and caring agent to guide you through your property journey, you will be in very warm hands.
