Jess was totally on the ball regarding the market. Managed our expectations very well. Provided extremely useful staging advice and connected us to capable and reliable people to update and clean etc. All this resulted in a price we were highly pleased with. And Jess provided an excellent thank you pack in that it was environmentally friendly (eg no plastics) and all products were local. Jess continued good work with spot on post sale communications.
