While we were travelling, Jane successfully dealt with quite a few issues on our behalf (organising termite treatment and tree stump removal, obtaining a copy of the Body Corporate CMS, dealing with the completed building and pest report and helping the buyers get pet dog approval). Jane kept us informed on sales progress and buyer enquires. We were very happy with the outcome and really appreciated Jane’s thoroughness.
