Mark knows the Port Douglas market so well, we met Mark prior to listing with him and his insights are so valuable, making sure we ticked all of the boxes ready to list the property for sale. The whole team at Ray White Port Douglas are so professional, nothing was an issue and the photos were wonderful. In fact the first open home we had an offer which has led to the sale, extremely satisfied with the final result.

I have known Mark from the day we bought this property from him some 14 years ago. He has always been super friendly and a great guy to chat to over the journey. His well managed agency's market share of the Port Douglas real estate industry is second to none and we called him in to sell our property when that time came recently. We were asking for a record price in the complex and he guided us through to a successful sale in a difficult market. The team at Ray White Port Douglas were great.

Mark and his team went far and beyond any expectations I had of buying a property in Cairns. Nothing was too much to ask of them and even though I was constantly bombarding them with queries I was always met with a friendly greeting and a can do attitude. Quite incredibly as Mark knew I was flying out Sunday morning he managed to put together a successful contract before breakfast that day. Well done team. Keep up the good work.

Soula was a pleasure to deal with. She knew the local market well and communication was clear. I would highly recommend Soula to anyone selling a property.

We initially contacted Soula about a property that had already sold, but she immediately went above and beyond. She quickly understood what we were looking for and matched us with two perfect alternatives. Professional, responsive, and genuinely caring, Soula made the whole process effortless. We’re so grateful she helped us secure our little piece of paradise in Port Douglas. A true star who delivers results with ease and warmth. Thank you, Soula — highly recommended!

Soula was great. She was always very clear when asked questions and never made you fell like anything was a problem.

Lee was the selling agent for our recent purchase. From the initial contact he was very efficient and promptly set up the first viewing. We appreciated his approach and communication throughout the course of the sale. We knew the property would be popular and likely to be multiple offers on the place. Despite this he wasn’t pushy in any way and we got the property for a price we were happy with. I can definitely recommend Lee as a great agent for your next sale.

Lee is a stellar real estate agent. He is so warm, honest and takes a genuine interest trying to find you what would suit your needs. His knowledge and passion for the Real Estate Market in Port Douglas is exceptional and he is quick to respond with any queries one may have. I would highly recommend Lee for either buying or selling your property.

We had an outstanding experience with Lee Tartaglia from Ray White Port Douglas. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, arranging a property inspection at short notice and even opening the office on his day off so we could submit our offer and sign paperwork. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lee's dedication and commitment to his clients truly shines
